For more than 86 years, St. Joseph High School alumni have been proud
to claim SJHS as their school. And, because of that loyalty, they have
continued to support their school in many ways. Throughout the years,
our school has been blessed by gifts of time, talent, and treasure from
alumni and friends of the school. The students, faculty, and staff
recognize and are very grateful for every gift received. These donors
have helped to provide our school with the resources necessary to ensure
that SJHS continues to be a place where young men and women receive an
outstanding education in a family-like environment, deeply rooted in
Gospel values.
Contributions come in all types, including gifts of treasure, time, and
talent. Gifts of treasure can arrive via single cash donations, monthly
gifts to fulfill pledges, or as in-kind gifts such as an auction prize or
donation of a professional service. Pledges can be made toward one or more
areas in order to make a larger donation that still fits within your budget.
SJHS has also been blessed with gifts of stock, securities, and real estate,
and some choose to remember our school in their wills. Cash gifts are
deposited and directed to the fund designated by the giver. Gifts may also
be made using Visa or MasterCard and are handled the same as cash. Gifts of
stock or securities are also earmarked according to the giver's wishes and
are handled by a financial advisor for our school. We have also been
generously supported through in-kind gifts. For example, donations of goods
or services at the annual Spartan Scramble golf outing have made this
important source of school revenue a success. Gifts of professional services
or providing needed school equipment at free or reduced prices is another
way to help ease the constraints of our school budget. Those willing to
provide legal, financial, and technological expertise are always greatly
appreciated. In fact, this web site was made a reality through the donation
of expertise from alumni of SJHS.
Every gift, of every size and kind, is greatly appreciated and will be
utilized to best benefit the students of SJHS. Even though the information
provided in this section is specifically directed to alumni of SJHS (since
this is your web site), we welcome the contributions of everyone.

before entering into any gift commitment.
